City & District Safety Limited is a Sister Company to 'Safescape Services Limited'. The company was formed in April 2000 by Steve Head & Nick Holness to address the needs for specialist Fire Safety. This now Includes Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Safety Audits, Fire Training, and Installation & Maintenance of Fire Safety & Emergency Lighting Systems. We also supply Fire Extinguishers.
Our customer base is Wide & Varied, and covers Kent, London and the surrounding counties.
By working closely with Safescape Services Limited, our customers can benefit from an all inclusive service which delivers the correct solution with a seamless approach.
Our Core Beliefs
We at City & District Safety believe that Fire Safety & Security should be taken seriously. Our customers are committed to this belief too. In this way we ensure that we deliver quality service, and meet the expectations of our customers every time. We do not deal with organisations who pay 'lip service' to Fire Safety or Security, or are only interested in price. Our goal is to achieve excellent service and value for money; after all, we want our customers to continue to use our services year after year
Our Background
Our two directors, Nick Holness & Steve Head have been involved in the Fire & Security Industry since 1977 and 1987 respectively. Both come from Engineering and Management backgrounds. They are dedicated people who strive to stand above others in our business sector.
The current business model was established in April 2000 as SAFESCAPE SERVICES LIMITED.Since those early days, much has changed within the Fire and Security Industry, and our focus has widened as a result of consumer demand to include Fire Risk Assessments, and Security.
Director Nick Holness comments:-
